I recently visited Bektash Turkishcafe on Mahatma Gandhi Rd in Shenoys and it was a good experience. The ambiance was very nice and the restaurant was well-maintained. The menu was decent and the prices were reasonable. The servings were generous and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Spicy Mexican alfahm, it was really spicy and full of flavor. The chicken shawarma was also really good, I felt it was satisfying, comparable to some of Kochi's renowned shawarma eateries. The staff was also very polite and had great customer service. (Ordered via swiggy) I tried their Classic Khuboos Shawarma and it was absolutely perfect! The mayo, the chicken, the veggies, the fries in the Shawarma were all balanced in just the right proportions! Used to be nice place but now the store has become the worst...the food used to be good and now it's just an average like any other local cafes in kochi...and the service is just pathetic...i had to wait for a while to get table cleared ans it was left with the leftovers of food and flies too and the staff hygeine is also a concern ....scratching the underarms while taking the orders and the same guy serving the food....not visiting the mg road outlet ever again ~ Leon G

So me and my buddies went to this place yesterday and I gotta say the food was better than I expected. Beef ribs Al-faham was really good I would really recommend that. My buddy had burgers and honestly it was good for the price but since it is a Turkish based cuisine, I would recommend other dishes. Basic shawarma tastes really authentic. We've got here for a quick bite and we ordered a wings and special shawarma plate. Wings was so fresh and tasty and really meaty juicy . And as dip they serve a mint chutney , which was made by mixing curd with it. We were traveling by bus from kotarakara. We needed urgent dinner, we didn't knew the restaurant so checked Google found Bektash with good reviews and ratings. We called while on bus placed the order by call, they agreed to deliver the food to the bus stand. The food was great, well packed and of good quality. They delivered on time. Excellent service. They provide the best food experience and we were stuffed. All seemed too reasonable and budget friendly compared to other cafes. Combo meals are the most profitable while individual meals have their special flavors. Either option will make one satisfied. The only flaw is that, the shop is on the roadside so parking area is slight except for two wheelers. Apart from that, all is top-notch. ~ Melvin D

One of the best foods in Ernakulam right now 😍 Everything is perfect they have kebab, alfaham, shawarma, burgers etc..🤤 My favourite is their special alfaham that was soo good.
